Pravir Malik
QiQuantum founder
Pravir Malik is a seasoned systems thinker who has developed a comprehensive framework for understanding complex systems, inspired by the interplay of light through mathematical spaces. Articulated across more than 25 books, his work bridges theory
and practice, addressing challenges in strategy, operations, technology, and organizational development. As the founder and technologist of QIQuantum, Pravir integrates quantum dynamics with systems thinking, uncovering novel connections between matter and life through a fractal model that spans cellular, atomic, and
quantum scales. His research explores an orthogonal category of quantum computation, distinct from prevailing industry approaches, and has been widely shared through contributions to Forbes, leadership of the Forbes Technology Council's quantum computing group, and presentations at conferences hosted by IEEE, Springer Nature, and other leading institutions.
Pravir’s career spans leadership roles across diverse sectors, including Senior Director and Head of Organizational Sciences at Zappos.com, Managing Director at BSR, and a founding team member of A.T. Kearney India. He has a PhD from the University of
Pretoria, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Florida, an MM from the Northwestern University, and a BSE in Computer Engineering from the Case Western Reserve University. A global citizen who has lived and worked across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the USA, Pravir thrives on engaging with the breadth and depth of life.
